• Procedure for receipt of grant application forms
• Procedure for processing of approved grant application forms
• Procedure for processing of not-approved grant application forms
• Procedure for sending the approved grant forms into the Headquarters of IARA
Elaboration of procedures on receipt and processing of the application forms in the Headquarters of IARA including:
• Procedure for receipt of project application forms in respective directorates in IARA
• Procedure for distribution of project application forms for evaluation
• Procedure for processing of the project application forms
• Procedure for administrative compliance
• Procedure for eligibility of the beneficiaries
• Procedure for technical and technological evaluation of the project application forms.
• Procedure for on-site verification
• Procedure for defining of the grant financial aid on the project
• Procedure for defining the economical feasibility of the project
• Procedure for prioritization and evaluation of the projects
• Procedure for approval or rejection of the project
• Procedure for preparation of proposal for receiving grant funding
