CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON ELABORATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS ON PERFORMED WORKS BALANCE FOR CAPITAL REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION OF М-03 KYIV – KHARKIV – DOVZHANSKYY HIGHWAY

Services provided: 

• Elaboration of Geological Survey for road sections - km 340+900–km 343+000 and submission of draft report to PIU
• Elaboration of detail designs and related BoQs for the section km 342+900 – km 343+000 of М-03 Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhanskyy highway
• Elaboration of ESIA for Road sections in Poltava bypass Stage -2 and Kopyly bypass sites -
• Elaboration of ESIA for Road sections in km 356+200 – km 385+100 (Lot 3.3) and km 395+064 – km 420+050 (Lot 3.5).
• Preparаtion of draft area development plans for Kopyly site and a 3D, Poltava Bypasss Stage-2 site, presentation for the same for review of PIU and World Bank
• Conduction of ESIA workshop for review and discussion of findings and recommendations with PIU, Rayons, Oblasts and World Bank;
• Review and modification of architectural drawings, structural drawings, construction drawings, BoQs Bid Document incorporating the recommendations of ESIA for each Road section
• Elaboration of Bid Documents Package 1 reports for the linear sectios of М-03 Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhanskyy highway sections km 4+144 of M-22 – km 340+961 of M-03 (Lot 3.1), km 333+250 – km 336+873 and km 340+961 – km 356+200 (Lot 3.2), km 356+200 – km 385+100 (Lot 3.3) and km 395+064 – km 420+050 (Lot 3.5) for approval of World Bank
• Elaboration of Bid Documents Package 2 for Poltava bypass Stage -2 and Kopyly bypass sites for approval of World Bank
• Elaboration of Draft RAP for Kopyly and Poltava bypass-2, conduct consultations and submit to PIU for onward submission to World Bank for concurrence
